Sometimes people have admonished me by saying, “You don’t need to go overseas to do missions…. there are enough hurting people right in our own country.” I will admit this is true, and with my seminar, counseling, etc. i try to help people wherever i may encounter them. But, in some respects, even the poor in our country live like upper class in much of the world. And to be a Christian in this country does not take nearly the sacrifice or bravery as it does in some places. If you have a heart for missions, i hope that something that we do will resonate with you here! Thank you
